1 hour eliptical this morning. Fell off the work out wagon for the last 3 days .I got consumed by my art which hasnt happend in years , I drew so much yesterday that I forgot to eat. I was like that through my entire art program . To bad drawing doesn’t burn major calories . I have awsome new ideas definately going to have to balance out workouts, art and stuyding. I need a vacation from work badly.
11 days till my little brothers wedding and I’ve been doing really good with the juice detox and watching what I eat. Back on full paleo diet. Sugar detox was not fun ,lots of headaches but it was worth it. I have a dress I’m in love with for the wedding but it’s one shoulder, and i hate my shoulders so I’m definitely gonna have to figure out a hair style that’s down that doesn’t ruin the dress. I’m down 8lbs. I would like to get down 4 to 5 more by the wedding. Kinda crazy but I think it’s attainable. Doing weights and cardio. 2 hrs a day and not eating past 6pm. I was so much closer to my goal this time last year. So annoying but I’m just 16 lbs away from where I was last year so I’ll focus on that. Oh and my elliptical broke wtf? I love that Damn thing and it’s broken my heart :(. But I got a warranty for it and they are gonna send me monies to buy a new one so yay!
