1.Morning work outs are my favorite, but if I miss my morning I usually go for a night run and its become something I look forward to.
2. Id have to say oranges , I could eat an entire bag of them.

9.Yes. Im proud that Ive helped inspire my brother,mom, boyfriend, friends and even my boyfriends family not just by weight loss but eating better for health.
